Intent to File & C-File Request – Why It Matters!

An Intent to File (ITF) is a formal notice to the VA that you plan to file a claim. Submitting an ITF protects your earliest possible effective date—meaning that when your claim is approved, you could receive back pay from the date of submission.

📌 Key Benefits of an ITF:

✅ Locks in your effective date for potential back pay

✅ Gives you up to one year to gather supporting documents

✅ Ensures you don’t lose out on compensation due to delays

🔥 We’ll file your ITF for FREE, ensuring your benefits are secured!

📌 What is a C-File, and Why Should You Request It?

Your C-File (Claims File) is your official VA record containing all military service, medical evaluations, and past VA decisions related to your benefits. It is the most important document for disability claims, appeals, and rating increases.

📌 Reasons to Request Your C-File:

✅ Ensures accuracy in your VA records

✅ Helps identify missing or incorrect information that could affect your rating

✅ Provides critical evidence for appeals or rating increases

✅ Gives you control over your own VA history—don’t let them decide for you!

 🔥 We’ll submit a FOIA request for your C-File—for FREE!🔥

About Us

We exist because we have to—not because we want to. In a perfect world, no veteran would struggle with navigating benefits, claims, or life after service. But too many do, and we refuse to stand by in silence. We are driven by the responsibility to share hard-earned knowledge, the kind that only comes from lived experience. Serving veterans isn’t just our mission—it’s who we are.

But benefits are only the beginning. True success comes from confidence, stability, and purpose beyond the uniform. That’s why we go beyond claims assistance, forging connections with community organizations, businesses, and advocacy groups to provide veterans with real opportunities that lead to long-term success.

Inspired by Philippians 4:19—"And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."

We remind veterans that they are more than a disability rating. Their service, sacrifice, and journey have shaped them for something greater. We exist to help them see that.
